We are now able to accept payments for orders via Paypal
You can make your order by email, telephone or via our Online Order form.  Just let us know that you'd like to pay via Paypal, leave us your email address, and we'll promptly send on a full .pdf  invoice and a Paypal Request for Funds for the total amount.  As soon as this is paid in full, we'll dispatch your order.


 

HOW TO ORDER
You may order using Maestro/Switch, Visa, and Mastercard credit/debit cards by ringing either telephone number shown below or fax your order to the fax number. Alternatively you can use our Secure Online Order Form to place an order, see the 'Order Online' link at the top of the page.
Providing all items are in stock, all orders will be dispatched within 48hrs of receipt.

Please note:  Countries outside of the EC are not charged VAT - your invoice will show a 15% reduction in the total price.

ALL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
Payment by IMO, Post Office Giro or Bank Draft - ALL £ Sterling please. Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard is acceptable. Eurocheque also accepted up to £100 with Eurocard number on back.

NO PERSONAL CHEQUES, PLEASE.

NB: The overseas postage rates above are to be used as a guide only.
For orders paid by IMO or Giro, please calculate the postage by using the above guide and a voucher refund will be given for overpayments on postage. Credit card customers on orders over £30 in value will be charged postage at cost, which does result in savings on the cost of postage for larger orders.

DISPATCH
Credit card orders or orders paid by Postal Order or Building Society cheque are dispatched where possible within 48 hours Personal cheques need a 7 day clearance. To save unnecessary delays we will sometimes issue vouchers for out of stock items. Customers are requested where possible to give alternative codes to help with out of stock items, eg: for VVV transfers show two alternative colours within the order.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts on figures only... Do not include books, rules, paints, etc. in this discount rate.

10% on orders £95 and over
15% on orders £185 and over

Discount rates for overseas customers remain the same, but applies to total order value only. DO NOT DISCOUNT POSTAGE. Do not include ready made armies as they are already discounted.  These discounts are stand-alone and cannot be combined with ay other Special Offers, discounts, vouchers or Gift Certificates.

 

 

VISIT US:  THE SHOWROOM

Come and visit the showroom in our factory. Our complete range of 15mm and 25mm figures are on display, so there is plenty to see. Stay as long as you like, we will leave you in peace to take in every detail. It’s easy to find with the map on the right, so if you come by car use the A13 A127 from London. We have a huge car park right outside so parking is simple. If you come by train from London, use Fenchurch St. Main Line Railway Station to Benfleet/Canvey Island.
