First published over 20 years ago, L'Empereur is a revised edition of a multiplayer strategy level game in which the Allied players work together to prevent Napoleon from triumphing in Europe.  It can of course be played with fewer players and allows participants to resolve encounters on the tabletop or by use of combat tables.

There are no restrictions on base sizes and any scale is catered for, rendering the game ideal as a background for a miniatures-based campaign system, should the players so wish.
